About Taisho-Ken Fuchinobe

Let me introduce you to Taisho-Ken Fuchinobe, a ramen restaurant that locals around Sagamihara quietly swear by when the craving for deep, satisfying bowls hits. Tucked away at 2 Chome-6-24 Fuchinobe in Chuo Ward, this spot feels like the kind of place you discover once and then keep coming back to, partly for the food and partly for the relaxed, no-frills atmosphere. The vibe is classic ramen shop, warm and casual, where the focus stays firmly on the noodles, the broth, and getting everything just right. What stands out immediately is how Taisho-Ken Fuchinobe balances richness and comfort, making it easy to enjoy whether you are stopping by for a quick solo meal or settling in with friends. Dine-in is popular for good reason, since the experience of sitting down and watching steaming bowls arrive adds to the charm, but takeaway and delivery options also make it convenient on busier days. The menu naturally revolves around ramen, yet the overall offering feels complete, especially when you pair your meal with a cold beer or another alcoholic drink available on-site. There is something satisfying about slurping noodles and washing them down with a simple drink, and this place leans into that pleasure without overcomplicating things. Service feels straightforward and efficient, which suits the setting and keeps the mood easygoing. Prices feel reasonable for the portion sizes, and the atmosphere invites repeat visits rather than special-occasion planning, which makes it approachable. Even first-timers usually find the menu easy to navigate, and regulars appreciate the consistency that keeps the experience familiar each time. Located in a residential and student-friendly area, Taisho-Ken Fuchinobe fits neatly into everyday life, whether you are nearby for work, school, or just exploring the neighborhood, and it is the kind of ramen restaurant you recommend when someone asks for a dependable, authentic spot that delivers flavor, comfort, and convenience in one welcoming package.

This is an amazing experience. Not only do they have the best Chashu Ramen I've ever had but the staff take such good care of you. I recommend this to anyone who's looking for the authentic Japanese ramen experience. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place to eat. I will be back anytime I visit Japan.

If you like fish based (Niiboshi 煮干し) soup stock, this place is for you. There are different taishokens, but I feel this is the best one. If you like the more thick pork based ramen, this may not be your shop. The ramen comes with thick tasty chashu. You can choose your ramen thickness and the portion size for the green onion. The regular size ramen is more than enough, but if you are feeling super hungry you can get the large bowl for a few extra yens. There usually is a massive line during lunch so get there a little early and be ready to wait outside.
